Knit together ...

Are you a knitter?
Our very own Caroline Lenton-Ward has been knitting hats, scarves and snoods for the homeless and Gemma Longhurst from the The Salvation Army has been distributing them. Caroline Lenton-Ward is knitting during Lent, and would like to give a knitted article to 40 people; one for each day of Lent. If you’re a knitter, why not give a helping stitch be knitting a hat or a scarf, or, if you can’t knit, think about buying one? Either way, please contact Caroline via Fr Tim.
Forty homeless people could be a little warmer and know they are thought about. It’s a way of showing we are knit together as one community in God’s family!
